The chicken was hard to eat from the toughness. The fries were horrible! See pic for yourself. This isn’t my first time receiving subpar fries, but I never posted because No restaurant is perfect. However, the short haired older lady was very rude, and unconcerned with why I was unhappy with my meal. I came in polite and even offered to pay for the drink that I did not turn back in. She literally brushed me off and told someone else to do it, she said she couldn’t refund, she didn’t know what I said other than I wanted my money back in such a negative tone. I hate it for the younger people that work with this individual as she is a TERRIBLE example of how you treat a customer! She definitely earned this negative review!

I think a robot AI machine would treat me nicer than these workers. No “hello”, “thank you”, “here’s your food”. Nowadays ordering food at a fast food restaurant is always a bad time, or maybe it’s just memphis and these people think that “I don’t get paid enough to be nice at work”…you ain’t gonna get paid at all once these machines take your jobs..and they say with every new tech revolution, there’s fears of job losses, but in truth the new tech turns around and creates new jobs….sadly that’s not the case this time, these new AI products are designed specifically to take over “dumb people” jobs.

It’s just too bad. I like the food – it’s always pretty good. Fries are usually hot and crispy. Sandwiches are big and tasty. But this location needs help. Been through the drive thru three different times and each time I’m asked to pull to a parking spot and wait for my order. I’m not ordering anything weird. This last time I ordered three signature meals and waited over ten minutes. I noticed at least four other customers parked and waiting also. Also the person taking the orders needs to slow down her speech so she can be understood better and if there is going to be a wait, let people know so we can go somewhere else. Just too bad.

Just left from having the rudest customer service from one of the female employees due to their service being slow with the drive thru. The employee got upset at me because I told her that I wasn’t at the intercom yet when she asked to take my order. Once I finally got to the intercom to place my order she was rude, unprofessional, and just passive aggressive. Everything I said she was getting sarcastic with me about. I left and went to another one. Just so ridiculous because I always go to that one because they always have great customer service but I wasn’t about to give my money to no one with that kind of bad service.

I placed an order online on 9/21/2022 and everything was cold and disgusting. The fries were cold and not seasoned. The chicken tenders were cold. I normally would check my food but I was headed back to work. My job is only two minutes from the restaurant and there was no reason I should not have had to pit my food in microwave. Staff was unfriendly.

Had a largish order and asked for 3 extra sauces which I was charged for. Started to go through the couple of bags to look for the sauce but the line was long so I just asked him if the extra sauces were in there to which he replied yes. Well, they aren’t so here’s my mediocre review. My salad was pretty fresh, can’t complain there.

The worst experience ever at a restaurant. The manager has a childlike demeanor and refused to take my order simply because I asked to see the menu in the drive thru. He then proceeded to walk behind my car and take everyone else’s order while never taking mine. The other employees were great but he should be fired!
