I thought this was a pretty good Taco Bell until this afternoon. There were no cars in the drive thru lane when I pulled in. Nor were there any cars behind me. The parking lot had a couple or three cars, but that was it. The person at the window didn’t seem to know this. She spoke so fast, it was difficult to understand her and when asked to repeat something, she acted irritated. I placed my order: 1 taco supreme, hot sauce, and 1 medium diet Pepsi. When I got to the window, I said, “You sure talk fast,” to which she replied “Thank you. That’s the way I like it.” She then started telling me that she liked to get customers out of there in a hurry so she could go home on time. Either she realized she was sounding like a jerk or the look on my face brought her back to the reality that she was talking to one of those customers she tried to hurry. Another woman came up front with my order while the first one was proudly telling me how much she liked to hurry customers. I decided to give them a taste of their own medicine and started demanding that they hurry up and give me my change and my food. They laughed as though it was a joke. Well, the joke’s on them because I’ll never go back to that Taco Bell, especially since even with barely any customers and no need to hurry so much, they forgot to give me hot sauce and straw.

Whoever was working the window tonight (May 17 at 9:30pm) deserves a HUGE raise and promotion. I sent in a mobile order and they greeted me by my name, asked how my day was, complimented my shirt, and told me to have a blessed night. They just radiated kindness. That stuff really matters and is greatly appreciated. The world needs more people like this. Oh and the food was great too.

Sitting in drive through after 30 mins. I ordered in my app and set for drive-through pick up. I got to the speaker after waiting a few minutes. after a few more minutes later lady comes on and said it’s gonna be a long wait there’s only two of us and I said I have already ordered on my mobile app and already paid for it. She said we will try to do it as soon as possible. 30 minutes later the same car that’s been sitting at the window, since I’ve gotten here is still there I don’t know what to do because I’ve already paid? So I’m still sitting here. It’s hard to believe the same car is still here even if there is only two people.over five cars have left behind me and there that were in front of me. Come on one order should not be that hard.

It was late and there were only two people in the kitchen, however I was pleasantly surprised by how well they followed my family and I’s order. The food came out at a reasonable time and the restroom was clean, along with the dining area. I would eat here again.

This Taco Bell is miles beyond all others. They are friendly, they are speedy and the restaurant is so clean. All other Taco Bells need to take note of this one. Also a special shout out to Aaron there. What a friendly and kind man. My kids absolutely love him.

For a Taco Bell, this is a pretty good one. The drive-thru line generally moves quickly, even with the slow orderers. And, in general, everyone that works the drive-thru is very friendly and customer oriented. World’s better than any McDonald’s drive-thru!

Pretty decent Taco Bell that seems to get my order correct and serves fresh food. I have absolutely no problems with the employees at this location. The only reason for 3 stars is because they ask me if I want to round up my total for some (possibly fake) charity and still charge me 80 cents for a side of nacho cheese. Maybe charge me 40 cents for the cheese and donate the other 40 to your charity? Maybe put your money where your mouth is Taco Bell and donate your own money before asking for mine!

VERY slow service. Yes, it was noon but it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to make a taco. While I was waiting I noticed the ceiling was filthy. And the manager went directly from preparing food to handling cash to preparing food to touching all kinds of other things and back to preparing food. It doesn’t matter if you’re wearing gloves if you touch dirty things with the gloves then touch my food. Gross. Also, my taco shell was stale. Ugh.
