Dude, the little skater boy who thinks the world owes him a favor needs to go and the smart alek young women too, she was not there today. The staff work hard. in the kitchen and the manager with glasses actually has customer service skills. The other staff literally have temper tantrums while sweeping before closing and smart off yo customers when the manager is on break.

I really felt rushed today it’s 8:10pm and staff are putting tables in chairs while people are eating. Employee said they wanted to leave early i was going to order food to go as well. But really they should just say closes at 8pm on a Monday. And this place isn’t cheap. Good food but unprofessional to say that when we are ordering and spending so much money. So if u come here come before 8 they don’t close at 9pm like advertise online and on door. @onohawaiianbbq.

Compared to other Ono restaurants I’ve been to, this one is disappointing. The lady who attended us was rude and they skimped out on the island fire chicken. At the same time, it was a good thing they did since I would have been eating burnt meat. The only worthwhile thing was the macaroni salad, but I’m not surprised since they didn’t have to make it.
