Very confused why the delivery drivers don’t seem to grasp the concept of no-contact delivery. The last two pizzas I’ve ordered I’ve selected the no-contact option, due to health reasons, and the drivers STILL wait at my door and hand me the pizza themselves. I’m okay if they step a few feet back but I do not want them handing me the pizza directly if I select no-contact delivery. I appreciate them for the swift deliveries, and for being pleasant people, but no-contact delivery should not even be an option if they’re not going to do it properly.

I worked at the location 4.5 hours and walked off the job. I am 41 years old and never walked off of a job before. It is very unprofessional. The employees were cussing in the kitchen with customers that had kids with them. When I brought it up to the shift lead about it he said what we don’t have the right to talk like we want to. They were vaping in the workplace as well. Just be careful when taking your kids into this location as they don’t care how they talk.

I love this one. They’re pretty fast and their works pizza is always a treat. Staff change too often though. Some are friendly and cool and some are just there to make a couple more bucks and don’t care much.

the worst store ever. the food is horrible and the customer service is terrible too. papa johns needs to do better. the employees always look so miserable every time i go in to place an order. then they have only one person working sometimes too. these rich people don’t know how to treat their employees right at all

Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza today. and it was made wrong ask the pizza maker to fix it . Cause the buffalo sauce is supposed to go on the top of the pizza not the bottom.. she said no so rudely I asked for a refund I will never go there no more

Ordered a pizza for carry out. Took the pizza to a friend’s house (they are moving in) and it wasn’t cut. Had to tear the pizza in order to eat. Called the store and they offered to replace the pizza if I drove back. They didn’t offer for a free pizza another time or to send a driver with a cut pizza now or a free brownie some other time, etc. Why would I want to drive 15 minutes each way to correct the error of that Papa John’s location? We tore the pizza and ate it. I am not happy that a better solution was not offered. When does it make sense for the customer to go out of their way to correct an error of a store? ADD EDIT: Was contacted by management. Management went out of their way after review to correct issue. Upgrading from 1 star to 4 star for the effort

So disappointed with the service here lately. Took a bit of my pizza only to get a mouthful of parchment paper?? Disgusting! Last time we ordered got a papdia sandwich with no sauce and burnt to a crisp. Seems like poor service is the new norm here. Hopefully corporate reads these reviews and cleans house with the current staff!

Like it edible… I’ve been going to this location for years and been watching as their quality go down the drain, the last time I got a pizza here it was like a NY style type of pizza? Like a thin pizza with huge crust, and it was a stuff crust, but there was more pizza dough at the crust then the rest of pizza. At the same time I don’t think they add enough cheese or extra toppings at all cause when I was finishing my first slice in my car (Yes I do that and before driving) the pizza was crunchy and taste burnt?! Like I know they didn’t just look at it and was like “Yeah good enough.”. I don’t know what is going on but something has to change there. Maybe add the needed cheese or stop using small dough to save a few pennies. And no, your dough isn’t expensive, it’s like 25 cents per large dough you have.

Don’t order food from this place!!! I ordered online and the driver showed up with only half of my order. I called the store and the employee who answered told me that the driver was on his way back with the other half of my order….he never arrived. I will not be ordering from Papa Johns in the future.
