Horrible service! I had to walk up to the call box to order because I was hauling a trailer. I could see clearly into the kitchen where everyone was ‘working’. A bag was placed on the counter where it sat for a long time. The ‘workers’ were passing by it quite a bit before eventually someone came by and looked at the tag. They then looked over to where I was sitting before finally bringing it out to me. When I tried to talk to them about why it took so long, she just laughed, turned around and walked back inside without another word. It’s a shame because I really like Sonic, but I haven’t had any good service from them yet. I likely never will as I don’t intend to return.
