JoJu’s banh mis are modern interpretations of the classic sandwich. With New York as its backdrop, JoJu is naturally inspired by its international surroundings. Here, not only will you find the original banh mi of pork and pate, but also banh mis featuring a spicy Korean bulgogi or a savory Japanese kakuni set against the contrasting tang and crisp of the classic pickled daikon and carrots.
Our family is devoted to one simple thing: Serving great food in great company. Whether you’re grabbing something to go, meeting for business, or winding down after work, our aim is to make your taste buds and stomach feel loved and cared for. We want you to see JoJu the way we treat it – as an extension of the best parts of home.

Delicious, flavorful bulgogi bahn mi sandwich. This place gets insanely busy during the lunch rush. A few tables for dine – in, but mostly to-go. Fries were also great. Would definitely come back again.

I meed to give them 5 because this is one of the best modern Vietnamese food I’ve had. I had their ginger seitan bowl and it was out of this world!

I ordered The Sweet, the classic banh mi, the baseline banh mi by which to judge all banh mis and this place can bring it! They were inspired (according to an article I read) by their first experience having Vietnamese sandwiches from under the Manhattan Bridge, which is where I had my first and the place that I keep returning to (now moved to a roomier location on Grand St) for both my memory and measurement of what a proper banh mi ought to be. Joju’s banh mi has the same delicious flavors, slightly more refined. The pickled carrot/daikon salad is chopped more finely and flavored more subtly and there is enough that you get a taste in every bite. The meats are nice and salty and also amply packed so that no single flavor is lost. A great sandwich that improves on the original (with the price to show for it, but is typical for midtown Manhattan).

My go to place for a healthy, delicious and quick lunch. Love lemongrass chicken and shrimp spring rolls. Portions are generous and can also add additional protein. Great service too despite place being so busy. Love it!

Definitely one of the best Asian food in the central time square area! The bowls options were absolutely delicious with spicy green sauce! And I love both Vietnamese ice coffee and tea with bubbles!!! Always crazy busy at lunch time.

Super packed sandwich and for a reasonable price! Definitely recommend ordering on the app if you plan on getting lunch on a weekday because it was super packed when we went. The menu was great and I would definitely try other items.

Fantastic Vietnamese food with reasonable prices and large portions. The food is delicious. My only recommendation is that the shrimp rolls could use a bit more flavor.

Been wanting to come here for a long time and was finally in the area. I ordered the classic banh mi and joju fries, both were extremely good!

Sandwich with mock vegetarian beef (soy and tofu), carrots, pickled onion, crispy shallot and spicy mayo . The sandwich was so filling and tasted fresh and excellent. I wish they could expand to downtown Brooklyn too so I can eat this everyday . I was really impressed with how crowded it was but the order was still ready in 5 minutes . Overall, quick cheap delicious banh mi spot for lunch on 5th ave that cannot be missed. Nothing to complain about here tb
