First off, good food. I love their pizza more than anything but having just went through my email, I now have lost my love for dominos pizza. Yesterday I got an email saying my dominos rewards points are going to expire. Why? Because I didn’t buy enough pizza to actually benefit from my points. I only had 20 points. I still need 40 to get a free pizza. This is outrageous. Just know your points will expire. And it will hurt. It hurt me 🙁 🙁

Went late to get a snack. I watch 2 young men working so hard to get everyone’s order as soon as possible. They didn’t complain even when an order for 10 pizzas to be delivered. Very impressive workers. I only had a few dollars to tip them if I had more I would have given them more. They were both very friendly and appreciative too.

My order tonight had 2 hand tossed pizzas both of which arrived cold, burnt on the bottom, and for some reason way thinner (crust) than normal. This is especially concerning as it was the store manager that made my order. I have been ordering Domino’s around the country for 15 years, as well as working at several Domino’s in multiple states. This particular location has been nothing but problems. Food is cold or extremely late by Domino’s standards, burnt, or the staff is down right rude. The overall store ranks at about 2 stars in my book. If OER did an inspection of this store I have serious doubts if this franchise would rank any higher. I have given this store several chances because everyone has an off day, but at this point its simply a waste of money. There are far too many pizza places in the Countryside/LaGrange market that provide great service and great products for me to continue to patronize this location.

Just wanted a cheap, quick, nothing special pizza. Terrible delivery service! Pizza was ready according to tracker. 25 minutes later the tracker marked it as delivered. 15 minutes later it finally showed up barely warm. Only order carry out at this location!!! New location has to be better.

We ordered delivery from here and while the tech and service was good the pizza was awful! We got a pan pizza and it was so soft and doughy it was falling apart and you couldn’t even keep a slice together
