Upon getting there, the store would not honor my coupon as it was online only, but you can not order online. So I ordered something else. Upon getting back to work, i realize they screwed my order up i got a small fry, double beef in cheddar, well my small fry looks like whatever was left behind in the oil and my double beef n CHEDDAR well it was lacking the cheddar. The “assistant manager” i will call her, was bagging food with no glove on clearly you can see as she holds the bag open she touches her hand with an apple turnover as she is putting it in the bag. Disgusting!! I also have pictures of this ARBYS OWNER. If you like, i can post them on here, or you can tell me where to send them!

That was by far the best drive-thru experience I’ve ever had in my life. Not only was the person on the speaker very quick efficient and nice, he repeated the quarterback to me to make sure it was correct, it was very pleasant to deal with. And then my food was ready when I got to the window, and it was hot! Perfect job guys

Their new wagyu burger was extremely undercooked. Was informed it will be a little pink, but this was medium rare at best. Attempted to get a refund over the phone, but was told I had to drive to their location to get a refund and must have the receipt.

The manager Carlos is unbelievable. He has the best customer service skills I’ve ever encountered. The restaurant is always super clean, the restrooms are always clean, and mopped floors. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in keeping the place clean, stocked and functional. A+ to this guy.

Arby’s remains one of my favorite fast food places because it’s different from the burger box places. This Arby’s has always been great. The employees are courteous and make sure things are right. I haven’t had any instances of getting a wrong-order. Most of all, I appreciate they are clear and repeat back orders to verify they heard correctly. I’m sure that’s why they get my order right!
