Not a real, regular running dairy queen. It was bought by a local and they don’t follow dairy queen regulations. I’ve cream recipes are different, prices are higher than the commercial promotions say because again, they are not a real dairy queen.

This store arbitrarily CLOSED just BECAUSE they felt like it!! That was the response I got tonight when I arrived at 9:45pm to order and use restroom. The lights were on when I pulled in, but when I got out of my car and reached for the door the lights when out. When i pulled around to the DT window and asked what time they closed she said “9:45 tonight”. I said, “even though the sign says 10:30”. She said “yeah, it was slow, so…we just closed early” WTH????

Truthfully, the owners don’t care about the customers. it seems they only care about making even mere cents off of someone no matter how well they’ve done in the day (a dollar for the smallest portions of ranch sauce), the place is old and needs work, especially the speakers at the drive thru..owners yell at the employees for being on their phones then turn around and get on their phones and disappear. Most disturbing thing I’ve seen was them adding milk out of a container to the icecream bags and then grabbing regular marked down gallon milk to the same bags(who knows how old that milk is). The food was something on its own, high possibility you won’t get fresh food, and if you were to complain about it you sure aren’t getting it fresh. Oh and last time I even heard that since they ran out of medium drink cups they “compulsory sell large cups instead” as in they charged customers for a large cup even without them knowing about it! This dairy queen is more disturbing than the locals would even believe

Fast, accurate and great tasting food. Please fix the drive thru speaker system. It really impacts the experience in a negative way. Frustrati g for the customer and it must be annoying for the staff as well. Be a 4 star experience if it was working correctly.

This is probably one of my worst fast food experiences, the lady in the drive through was very very rude and got our order completely wrong, and when we explained to her that she charged us for 6 items when we only ordered two she got very mad. All 3 times we have come here they have not had any country gravy which is something Dairy Queen is known for. And we just came inside to avoid the rude lady in the drive through and she ended up taking our order and was on the phone the whole time and was still very rude!!
