Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

I didn’t really like this bread they use. Idk. I kept comparing it to subways. I like softer bread. Then I went across the street and bought some yummy bread from the international market. The tuna on the other hand in my sub was very peppery &delicious . I didn’t feel I got the value I paid, it was like $17 for one regular sub & one 3 inch mini kids meal

The subs here are ok but not what they could be . Bread was weirdly soft. Not sure how else to describe.ive been to other Jersey Mike’s and this was different. The price you pay for a sub here I didn’t feel like I got a 15 dollar sub. I think brothers in Wingate has a better sub. Of Al the places to get a sandwich in state college area I probably wouldn’t go back

This may of been the 2-3x I was at this store.. really didn’t care for it .. this time I was very surprised on the service in this place they were busy when I got there and they worked very well together as a team.. and my Buffalo chicken sandwich was absolutely perfect…
