My husband, friend and I ordered lunch here on Saturday. All three of us ended up with food poisoning. We all had to miss a day of work and we all feel awful. I’m just posting to ensure the shop notices and is more careful about what they are serving. This is the only thing all three of us ate together and we all have vomiting, runs, racing heart and are lethargic. It had to be the lettuce or Mayo. Very disappointing

3 of us ate jiimmy John’s sandwiches on Saturday, February 4th 2023. All 3 of us ended up becoming really ill. This included vomiting, diarrhea, chills and a high heart rate.The common ingredients seem to be the lettuce and mayonaise. Going from what I’ve read, it’s due to a bacteria formed on their lettuce. The reason I know it was food poisoning is because it came on suddenly the next day and not progressively like a cold or flu. I also know there have been several other cases like ours. After a number of times of being warned by the FDA I would have thought they would take these things more seriously, but when we voiced our concerns with Jimmy John’s they didn’t seem to care. Maybe it’s time they are shut down. Might get their attention. My advice is to not eat here.

I’ve had them deliver to my house many times with no issue. Last night I was leaving Target & stopped in but they were out of bread of all things. I got something else and decided to order tonight. The guy was very rude. I was trying to give him my address and he just handed me off to someone else without even telling me. He said he was the driver and tried to take my address, which they usually have saved in the computer. I live 3.7 miles away and they said there’s no way I ever got a delivery before but I have MANY times. Not only that when trying to describe my location to the “driver” I live off of essentially a main road and he couldn’t find it on the map, I tried to tell him I was just past Hartland Meadows and he said he’s never heard of it. Very weird! Definitely a populated area in hartland for a driver to not know exists.

Never again. Order is always wrong 2x times before, but today was the worst. Ordered a Veggie Club on lettuce and when I bit into it, I was immediately sick. They gave me tuna, and I am a vegetarian. I am still sick to my stomach!

My wife Pre ordered a party platter in store. When I arrived to pick up order was told there was no order under my name or phone number. Wasn’t until after arguing that another employee went and checked that our order was ready. Will be reporting to their coporate.

Waited over 40 minutes for my sandwich (my place of employment is less then a mile down the road.)after trying to put the order in with the guy that answered the phone who kept cutting me off instead of listening to my order. When I finally got it I had already missed my lunch hour and it was the wrong sandwich his place is terrible they are not freaky fast I will never use this establishment ever again They are rude and the customer service is horrid
