Sat down at 3:02 got food at 4:47. Seated at the same time as another couple. The couple got there food and left before we got our order. Server offered us a pie after an hour wait. Slow to give refills on coffee and the food hash browns where overcooked. I was there last week and it was a much different experience, the bathroom is disgusting and overall not a good experience, I would recommend any other location.

I ordered online, and when I got there to pick it up at the estimated time, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Almost 1 hour for 6 burgers, when I arrived home the burgers were burned, the edges were so hard, I had to remove them for my 3 yr old and 9 year old. It’s really disappointing because this was our “home made” take out burgers, but we won’t be purchasing from them again. I took two bites and wondered if it was worth me eating it or if I should just throw it away.

Went at 12am and there was only one other customer there. Service was good, a little slow though. Ordered the steak quesadilla and vanilla milkshake. Loved the milkshake and the quesadilla was okay!

Came with my friends and shared some appetizers. Despite being busy, we got our food quickly and it tasted amazing. Cauliflower bites were a fan favorite and so were the chips and dip. Decided to try some pies after and they were amazing. Best pies in town. Best service in town.

Sat down at the booth and the hostess / woman who took us to our table, came back with a full tray of ice water in glasses. She dumped the entire load of ice water and shattered glass on all of us! Two little girls and three adults.

We have eaten at this shari’s for years and it is usually really good, today it was awful. There was only 1 other table with people at it. Service was slow. My turkey bacon club came with a very small side of fries, the bread was soggy and greasy, no bacon with scant turkey and veggies. My wife had the prime rib French dip Phillie style. It had 1 slice of mushroom, 2 slices of bell pepper and 2 bits of onion. All but 1 piece of onion was on 1 side of it with nothing more. The waitress did bring some bacon for sandwich and said they were training a new cook. It makes me wonder how anyone cooking could think such a miniscule amount of toppings would be sufficient. If I ever have an experience like this again I will cross Shari’s off my list of suitable places to eat. I’m usually reasonable about reviews and understand extenuating circstances, but this was just not acceptable at all.

They have two holes In the kitchen over the hand washing station, and one over the bread rack that’s been leaking on food products. They don’t regularly clean out the walk in and have moldy products in. On top of this mold on the line, moldy product was served to customers. They also don’t give proper write ups, firings and operate on a ghost schedule so no employee are given proper notice for shifts. The manager Michelle does not allow calls out for family emergencies like LABOR! They demand employees come in sick as well and after covid this is worse than gross behavior it can be life threatening. I learned all this from an employee.

The food is always good it is just this late time we ordered and whoever did the order just got our fries out the freezer and defrosted them and put them into a container instead of cooking them thoroughly and we had to cook them ourselves . Never again will we order from this location.
