I ordered off the lunch menu for myself and got kung pao chicken for 8.00 I also ordered a small chow mein noodle plain and an order of crab Rangoon. The prices here are ridiculously high for the quality of the food. I paid almost $30 for a lunch! Never again! See pictures my $30 worth of food!! Should be 1/2 the price for lunch.

Ordered sweet & sour chicken and rice. Asked for the smaller of the 2 sizes available. (On my menu as well as the menu online it’s Fam & Super.) called back because I got a dinner size order which the lady on the phone clearly doesn’t know her own menu & told me there’s a large size as well & it’s on the menu. Ordered an egg drop soup. It was salty. Chips were few and stale and when I open them up there was a gnat in it. Very rushed and pushy attitude when I asked to come in with food and receipt. Told me I HAD to come in asap. I had no car.

The oder came within time but my food was dry I didn’t know that the fried rice comes plain without any vegetable or eggs not to mention it was cold the food was just cooked no nothing to it !! Never again will I order from HappyWok terrible Food and phone service!!

Try to place an order online but for some reason the website stated they didn’t deliver to my address. I knew that was incorrect since I order before from here. So I called, the total was almost $3 higher than online. I try to explain to the lady the pricing difference and she told me I was on the wrong site. I tried again but she cut me off telling me I was look at elm st. (I know the difference between n. Main n elm st). Then she stated again nasty are you going to order. Smh, I wanted her to the price difference and why I couldn’t place my order online. She definitely needs to learn to listen to her customers instead of cutting them off.

Disappointing. We’ve been buying take out Chinese food from this Happy Wok location for several years now, and this last visit will be our last. The quality of the food was terrible. The teriyaki chicken tasted like the chicken had been overcooked a week prior. The cashew chicken was the same. Bottom line: the food quality, the mediocre staff, and the high prices all add up to us going elsewhere next time we’re hungry for take out Chinese food.
