I’m not a BBQ goer in the slightest, I just took myself out on a little date. Firstly, the staff were amazing! They were patient and kind through and through. Being a beginner, they gave me samples of whatever I wanted. I was very surprised at their portion sizes! I ended up getting the 3 meat platter to try as much as I could. My total came just under $35 which included tip, a bottled soda, 2 sides, cornbread, and the three meats. The textures were quite impressive, although the burnt tips felt a little chewy? Fall off the bone ribs were exactly that. I couldn’t pick up a rib without some meat falling off it! I’m only giving a 4 star because the brisket and ribs could honestly use more seasoning/flavor. I would say it’s an experience worth trying at least once! I have lots of leftovers!

Wow. This is legit bbq. A lot of choices. Thankful I found a great place in the area. Generous portions. I had the pulled pork, and it didn’t disappoint. The homemade potato salad also delicious. Highly recommend!

Very tender and moist brisket. Best we have had in a while. We enjoyed the brisket delight with bacon and onions, but the brisket is so good it did not need the additions. The restaurant is cute with country BBQ decor. Very easy stop off of HWY 90 if you are looking for a quick bite. We will be stopping again.

I placed a big order for a party, and it somehow got lost in the system. I worked for a long time in food service, and I believe a business has an opportunity to shine when things go wrong. They did – the owner and workers quickly and professionally figured out the problem and got me my food. I barely had to wait and extra 5 minutes. And most importantly – the food is delicious. Full rack of rib platter fed lots of people! We will definitely be back to try the loaded potatoes.

UPDATE: Decided it was time to try again and see if it was still good. Had the Brisket philly, Brisket Bacon Cheese burger,Burnt Ends and slaw. Gotta say it was FANTASTIC all around! Will definitely be going back!
