OMG! This place was so delicious. What made it even better was Georgia. She was the employee refilling our waters and resetting the tables but she was much more than that! She made us feel so welcomed! She has the best personality and is very friendly! The ladies that were next to us even got up and made a point to say goodbye! She really cares about the guests and making sure you have the best experience! Until next time Georgia! The food was amazing. The pre-fixed menu is so worth it with all the wine tasting you get with the food. So worth it! If you want to get a good view show up early and wait in the bar area for the perfect table! Enjoy!

This is the place for a special occasion. We celebrated our anniversary and couldn’t have been happier with the delicious food choices. Our server Alfredo went out of his way to take our photo and did not rush us out. We got to absorb every bit of the sunset and food. They offer a three course meals with great options for $120 per person. The food and ambiance was worth the price. Live music and excellent service was appreciated. PS – make a reservation

Outstanding location overlooking the Pacific Ocean for sunset. Meal was delicious. Service was as expected (good). Prices are not for the faint of heart but not outrageous either. Have been 3x over the past decade now and the experience has been consistent each time. Am looking forward to my next visit!

5 stars for atmosphere, 1 star for the food (0 if I could). I ordered Hawaiian Fisherman Lilikoi curry. First of all, I understand that curry dishes in most the of American restaurants are not authentic, however, most of them are at least edible, some enjoyable.

We had a very enjoyable dinner at Kamuela Provision Company recently. Our waiter Ariel was awesome and very attentive, the food was great and how can you beat sitting Oceanside ant sunset? My only negative was hearing the luau that was taking near us, sloths took away from the atmosphere.

KPC has recently brought on a new head chef who has revamped the menu with more local ingredients and recipes and it does not disappoint! Dine during sunset for the best possible experience! The staff was also very knowledgeable and friendly and added greatly to the overall experience.

Best food at the Hilton Waikeloa! Expensive. But the ambiance with whales jumping out of the water in front of you, mongooses shuffling around, and the sunset – can’t be beat.

The restaurant KPC is very enjoyable. A good date night spot right by the water. They offer an outdoor dining experience near the ocean and a prefix menu for those interested. However, if you’re looking for other options, you will have to sit inside. The service is satisfactory, and the atmosphere is decent. The food is tasty, but I wouldn’t bother with the wine pairing. Just order your own full glass. Also it can get windy at times so inside dining has also been pleasant depending on the weather. You can still see the sunset just fine. The restaurant is situated inside the Hilton Waikoloa. It’s recommended that you make dinner reservations ahead of time, especially during busy hours. On some occasions, I’ve dined here during opening hours, and the attention to detail is better. On other occasions, the experience has been just satisfactory. This restaurant is the Hilton Waikoloa’s signature restaurant, and they usually have some live music.
