Needs new management! We came at 6pm and was told they are cleaning the grease and it would be a 16 minute wait. I told her that was fine and I would wait. At first she assumed I wouldn’t wait and didn’t really listen to me. Then she seemed like she was trying to talk me out of ordering. I was told they couldn’t do crispy or that would take even longer. I set my alarm for 18 minutes to give them a little extra time. We waited and watched several other cars get their orders. 35 minutes later we finally got our order. I have worked in restaurants before and we always cleaned grills or grease during down time or slow hours..not during dinner rush. The chicken looks either like it’s burnt or they didn’t even clean the grease at all. After reading other reviews it appears that this has been an on going problem. I could see several people working and they didn’t appear short handed at all. Apparently they want to get paid but not work. I haven’t been there in a while but can see why they never have many customers anymore while the other drive throughs are packed. How is a business supposed to make money if they aren’t prepared to make chicken during busy hours and workers would rather sit around doing nothing? I really hope the franchise owner sees this and other reviews. It should give a clear perspective why revenue is down!

Ticket 1554. My mashed potato bowl was literally cold, which explains why it took zero seconds for it to be ready. My dr pepper it just carbonated water and is clear. They clearly don’t care in there. First straw for me was that you cannot go inside to order or eat. It’s drive through only. Going across the street to taco been for hopefully some edible food. Apparently they don’t do the cookies anymore either.

Inedible on multiple occasions. We give this place a chance every now and then and never have been over 80% happy with our meal. Today was the last time we will go to this one. Girl at the window had an attitude and food was disgusting. Tenders were so hard and dry, it was like they had been under the heat lamp for days. Health Department needs to review this place. Food poisoning waiting to happen

I placed my order and had to repeat it at the window 3 times. My order was still wron even after I repeated it again and they said they corrected it. After 2 returns they still left off my Cole slaw. I was not given not one napkin or any utensils. I can spend my money elsewhere. This is sad.

Went to dine in and the door was lock and the wife noticed she pointed at the side door well after driving around to the other side we walked up to the door it was lock and I looked in the window and the staff is setting in the dinner area not doing anything it’s the third time me and the wife has been to this KFC here if the dinning area is closed why so many employees and also COVID is over and has been for a long time we will never eat there again

I have never in my life been told l couldn’t order crispy chicken because they had to sell original first. I pulled up to order a 16pc for a family that hasn’t eaten in a few days and couldn’t even get what they wanted because they refused to make it. Just close the doors if y’all don’t want to work!!! This is a fast food restaurant. I eat here 1 to 2 times a week. But I cannot get sweet tea. Just throw out the container that says sweet. Every time it’s so bitter Lord help us all. So I have been tasting it before leaving the window. But I sent my son 12/23/22 about 7 pm the tea was so bitter. And they gave a spoonful of cole slaw with my meal. Come on KFC YOU GOT TO DO BETTER. I GAVE YOU ONE STAR FOR JUST COMING TO WORK!
