The Jug is a decent pub experience. The food is good and reasonably priced. The beer is also always cool and reasonably priced. My only complaint as a non-smoker is that the filtration system is not good. I can stay there for an hour to hour and a half and I smell like an ashtray when I get home. I immediately have to shower and change clothes when I return home from there. So, for me the food, beer, bartenders, and prices are awesome; how the smoke filtration system simply doesn’t do it’s job.

This bar has the best food ever! My husband and I come and get dinner at least 3x a week. The employees are very friendly. Everyone in the bar treats you like family. We love watching there pool tournaments they have. They have live bands and karaoke too.

We go here for the BLT and a beer… the food is good and priced reasonable… pool tables and games… everyone knows everyone! Not a place for kids… it is a smoking establishment and serves beer and non-alcoholic drinks.

Hidden jem in the heart of downtown Murfreesboro! Great food and service! Two pool tables and a jukebox! The owners are genuine kind folks! Update 9/7/22 now with new felt and rails on the pool tables! Daily lunch specials for $10! Pool tournaments on Thursdays at 6 pm. And on Saturdays. The best damn cheese sticks in the entire county!

A kind and inviting atmosphere, with the best bar food around! Specials Mon-Fri for $10! More than generous portions. Not to mention the pricing is second to none, to other bars in the area in all aspects! Maintenanced pool tables, darts, music and more! Definitely worth dropping in if your new to the area, or just tired of the same old bars! As a native of over 20 yrs i give it 2 thumbs up!

Great place to get some COLD BEER, some amazing food, and shoot pool. The bartender’s are phenomenal, the cook’s are amazing, and the owners are very friendly and make you feel like family. Did I mention COLD BEER? Coldest beer in Murfreesboro. Also if you like to shoot pool, they have 2 8ball tournaments and also a 9ball tournament. Plus LIVE karaoke and LIVE Bands!!!
