Pizza was not ready when I arrived as it should have been per the estimated time…I went inside on the later end of the time. I was told it would be 20 mins, about the time I was initially given for my order to be ready. Order was as I placed it and taste was okay.

Unable to take food orders effectively. A woman with no name tag and who refused to give her name was visibly frustrated. She claimed to be the store manager and it is the only time I have been threatened for trying to pick up a take out order. She also claimed the people behind me were lying about their order. Extremely unpleasant.

The quality and consistency has improved dramatically over the past few years. It’s not perfect every time, but it’s no longer a wild roullete spin, either. Reasonable for a Pizza Hut. That’s carryout. I cannot vouch for delivery. Last I attempted years ago was at times a multi hour endeavor. I haven’t been brave enough to go that route again.

This Pizza Hut location doesn’t even deserve a star. Their terrible service is unforgivable. This is the second time I order from this location and they have now lost a costumer. I should’ve known their lack of service wasn’t going to get better. BEWARE OF ONLINE ORDERING. I ordered a pizza expecting to pick it up at the store today. Upon arrival, THE STORE IS CLOSED. Not only did they take my money, but I did not get my pizza. Apparently they randomly close the store due to inconveniences. Well, if that’s the case don’t allow online ordering and put a damn note on the door!

Worst Pizza Hut ever!!!! So after ordering a carry out order on a Wednesday and coming to the store to hear that the items I ordered were not available and no one had the courtesy to call or email me concerning my orders; the manager was very apologetic and tried to make up for the mistake. Thinking that they had rectified the situation I placed a delivery order on Saturday for my son’s 7th year old birthday party. After two hours and several phone calls to the store and still no pizza I asked to speak to a manager and the phone was rudely hung up in my face. After making it to the store to get my refund the manager who was polite on Wednesday now had an attitude about giving me my money back and told I was being unreasonable because my order was already out for delivery. ( the order was placed at 6:09p.m and it was now 8:44p.m)
