Everything is good here a lil pricey but good . Only problem with this place is that they don’t respect business hours. It’s been at least 6 time we come to get something 1-2 hours before closing time an they are close . They need change it or respect there own schedule

So delicious! This place has so many different drinks to choose from. I love all their flavors of ice creams and raspados. I’m not so sure why they have a B rating. but I’ve never had any issues. Their stuff is always good and the place is always clean!

Sunday June 5, at the door it said they closed at 9pm same as on google maps. Got there before 8:30 pm, the sign that says OPEN was on but the door was locked and the worker was already cleaning the place and told us it was closed. Mejor me fui a la michoacana, they also close at 9pm but it was actually open.

This place is good BUT they take FOREVER to make your food. Prepared to wait between 30+ minutes. And make sure to check you get everything you ordered. It’s been several occasions when they have forgotten to include everything in my order. There’s usual something missing. I go to this place because it’s close to my house but considering finding another spot. Also ladies who work here are constantly arguing out loud with each other. Awkward.

Absolutely disgusting!! I got a chamango and there was a moldy piece of mango in there, they have a B rating. The woman working there didn’t wash her hands or wear gloves, they put a chili straw in there and it tasted like it was expired. This place

Beware!!!!! Although the food, and items on the menu are delicious…… customer service is the worst!!!!! I went in yesterday to get myself a flavored water and once I walked in the door I was not acknowledged by the lady working there. She looked my way rolled her eyes and looked away as if she didn’t want to work. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Will not be returning here any more.

I ordered nachos and the chips were stale and the chesse was watery. i also ordered mango raspado and the magos tasted as if they went rotten. The ice cream was the only thing that did not have a bad taste. Total was 12.50 for food that were expired
