Having lived for years in the Chicago area I am very familiar with this franchise. Tonight I ordered a ‘skinny wreck’ and couldn’t have been more disappointed! This tiny sandwich didn’t even resemble what was a very popular item that I had purchased many times before! What a joke ♀️ expensive with nothing on it! A complete rip off! The soup I ordered was good but in a tiny container for $4.50 ! Really? This combo is a ‘recipe’ to never return and really is a shame because this is a good franchise.

Ordered though door dash well visiting family. This is the worst sandwich my brother, wife or I ever had. We all got a different sandwich and everyone of them was over toasted. The meat I still can’t tell you what it was. The taste overall was horrible. Would have been better off going to Meijer and making sandwiches in our hotel room.

I understand being short staffed. Times are hard, back to school is happening. However, that should not be the reason for inaccurate orders. I pulled in 2 min before my ready time, waited at the speaker because they were a little busy. I waited and waited at the speaker. The person behind me got impatient, whipped around me and stayed in line. NEVER WENT TO THE SPEAKER. So now I am behind her, and she tells the window she is picking up an order, but the order wasn’t ready yet, so I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for my order. I got my order and drove home. I get half way home to look at the order (because I was frantic to get home in time before my husband went to work.) And I find I am missing an item, another Mac and cheese. So I had to turn around, and me thinking I can run in really quick to get my missing Mac, wrong. Lobby was closed, so I had to wait another 10 minutes in line to get my missing Mac. By the time that I made it home, my food was cold, one sandwich was soggy and had split in half, it was basically a bready salad, and u had to rush to eat to get everyone fed. It turned a really convenient eating option into a whole hassle. The staff should have recognized that she did not follow the queue and had delayed everyone else, myself and the others that had pulled in after her, and asked her to pull forward so they can continue to prepare the orders in the proper order and get hers out after the others. It was very rude and inconsiderate. So disappointed in it all.

Really gone down hill. Tonight our sandwiches missing ingredients, avocado sub with none, stale soggy bread, slimy vegetables, tried to return it for a refund but they won’t give you your money back. It was pricey and a waste of $25

Mobile order pick up times apparently mean nothing here. I went in a few mins early to wait for my sandwich. My order that was supposed to be done at 12:23 was not even started when I asked someone at 12:35, they simply said-oh the order is just sitting here, we will start it now. who knows what time it would have been done if I had not even asked. Actual time it was done was 12:40.

Just went through drive thru… asked for lettuce and it was missing. At the window person gave me my total then tried to tell me I owed more than quoted. Took sandwich back in and was told they can’t take it back. I said it was missing lettuce…the girl just looked at me. Terrible service and drive thru service.

I’ve picked up DoorDash from here multiple times and the employees rarely acknowledge me, I almost always need to say something to them before I’m helped. I just spent nearly 10 minutes waiting and THREE different employees made eye contact with me. Ridiculous.

Nearly eighty dollars on three subs and two soups the subs were absolutely disgusting completely saturated and Mayo to the point where it was oozing out the bottom on all of them, missing veggies and other toppings including two pickles that I purchased individually. Called to talk to someone and they told me that the manager would call me the next day it is now three days later have not heard anything back from them and they refuse to answer the phone.
