Not Death
Got the sesame chicken lunch and no sauce on the chicken. They didn’t have my order ready so they rushed it and poured about 2 inches of sauce in the bowl and just threw everything on top. Customer service was good and they offered me a free soda. But still very disappointed in the quality and lack of care.

I normally don’t leave reviews, although I was very disappointed by the lunch I just tried to eat. When I say tried, I say that because it was so bad I couldn’t finish.

Love this China King – their food is excellent. If you walk in and order takeout they get it out quickly. Love, love their pork fried rice!

Unfortunately I must give it a one star as I ordered a lunch general Tso chicken which was dry, the chili pieces were burnt and the sauce was separated and oily. When I called to complain instead of apologizing the lady asked me if I knew what general’s Tso chicken was and if I’d even stirred the sauce. She then told me I could return the whole thing after work or I would not get a refund. I said I’m going to drink the soup because that’s all I will have for lunch. And so she said she would not give me a full refund. Poor customer service on top of terrible food.

This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants to go to. It reminds me of the one in my home town. I know that if I want some good comforting food and smiling faces this is the place to go. One of the women who works there (pretty much there all the time either cooking or checking people out) is always very kind.

I called and ordered a combo platter of some chicken wings and fries and they ended up sending me chicken wings with fried rice the chicken looked like it was sitting around all day really burnt and I had to pick about 50 feathers off of it to be able to somewhat enjoy the meal I didn’t order and of course I didn’t take it back so as not talso have spit in my food when I called back the lady rudely called me a liar insisting that I called and asked for the fried rice instead of fries worst service in eustis so far

Chicken tasted like spoiled fish. Was all watery and noodles were mush. Hope I don’t get sick.

I had an HORRIBLE experience with China King. I have supported this establishment for years and I have always had an excellent experience. However the chicken with broccoli and shrimp fried rice with an egg roll was spoiled. You could taste and smell how sour the food was. I called to notify them and their response was “they sell out every day and didn’t have anyone say it tasted sour”. They have no customer service and didn’t even try to rectify a solution. I will no longer be supporting this restaurant or referring them to anyone.

Unfortunately, I can only rate China King in Eustis, Fl with a ONE star rating! I can’t rate a ZERO star rating! The reason I have rated them so low is that they have decided that their versions of classic Chinese dishes is better than the classic version. The Mongolian beef dinner that I ordered normally has beef, sauce, spices, onions, and scallions. Three weeks ago I ordered my weekly Mongolian beef, but was surprised to find that they added bell pepper to the dish! I called to find out why they added this in and this is what the person told me in broken English, We have always cooked it that way, and when I told them that I’ve gotten this from them for several months and it never had bell peppers in it before! Also, I mentioned that Classic Mongolian beef, does not have bell peppers in it at all! I think, if it were just a couple, it wouldn’t be a big deal to just remove them and enjoy my meal. But when there are as many bell peppers as onions, it just becomes a cheap filler and doesn’t taste very good! Even when I specifically asked for no bell peppers, I’ve gotten them. I don’t dislike them, but I don’t want CHEAP FILLERS in my food! I’ve ordered this dish at almost every Chinese restaurant in the area and except for a couple of cheapo Chinese take-out joints, I get real Mongolian Beef! BUYER BEWARE!
