Never in my life have I ever thought a Chick-fil-A would PS4 is the one in North hills. I was there about 6:00 on a Friday. Only 1 register working only with line out the door, cleanliness was not the usual standard of chick-fil-a, and the guy working the register was clueless on how to find my 8 oz bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce on his register. Chick-fil-A management, take a look at North hills. Also four registers at the counter, two for customers and two for takeouts. While I was there I only saw one take out customer show up, should be three for customers one for take out.

We arrived at 10:05. We were told they were out of muffins, biscuits were a 10 min wait, and they weren’t serving lunch items until 10:30. We ordered two biscuit items and sat down to wait. 15 min later we got our food. My husband’s biscuit was hot and fresh. Mine was cold and hard. We took it back to get another one. Ten minutes later I still didn’t have my biscuit. I went back to the counter to ask about it. Three employees were in the back laughing and talking. My biscuit was still not ready. 30 minutes after ordering, I finally got my food. This is totally unacceptable.

Going downhill fast – lately has been taking very long time to receive orders and always seems old/dry. I mobile ordered and when I walked in there were probably 6-7 customers just sitting, waiting on food like they had been there awhile. And it was strangely quiet and honestly appeared as if no one was even working there besides the nice older lady at the register. No movement/sounds in the kitchen area at all. After about 10m someone came running from somewhere in the kitchen and tossed my food in a bag and more or less tossed it at me and looped back around to wherever they came from. As I turned to leave, an employee was walking INTO the restaurant WHILE vaping and blowing it right into the entrance area! I quickly turned and walked across the store to use the other door but good grief how gross and unprofessional. Unacceptable experience by far today.

Always a great sandwich and the waffle fries were hot and fresh, as usual. The place is a bit drafty on a cold afternoon – so many glass walls. On a more recent trip 3/18/23 the staff seemed at sea, totally unable to handle the 1130 rush. Had to wait a loooong time for our sandwiches. They and the fries were at least hot and fresh … and of course tasty.
