I have to say the employees here was so nice to me and my 3 yr old daughter. The service I give 100%. It was really clean. Food was Hot and taste great. If you need to charge your cell phone they have plug and usb slots which is great. Bathroom was clean also they do have a changing table if needed. Wheelchair tables and handicap parking spots . The line outside seem to be moving fast as well as inside. I will go back to this Restaurant again.

I went thru the drive-thru today and they made me pull up and I waited 15 mins for my food. When I got it the bun was stale and just nasty. The fries were greasy. I will be never come here again!

Absolutely awful. I will never go back and go out of my way to make sure no one I know ever goes to this ghetto trash establishment. I brought my family in and stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged while one employee sat at a table talking to get friends. The other employee who was working the from register kept looking past us and avoiding us by continuing to stare at the back until a black man came in and stood in line behind us. Then she asked, “what y’all want? ” I politely and quickly gave her our simple order consisting of only three items with no modifications. She walked off without even ringing up the order. She went to the back and talked to a co worker. She returned to the counter and asked for our order again at which point my husband became frustrated and suggested we go somewhere else. It was very apparent that we were not welcome as other customers were treated differently and received service where we received NONE. We used to hit the drive through every morning for breakfast, but we will never be returning and neither will any of my coworkers, friends, or family. We do not support racism of any kind.

Terrible service. VERY Slow. Nasty food. Today(7/26/17) i ordered 6 of their 89 cent cheeseburgers. They had me pulled up for 10 minutes before they though out COLD burgers. I could understand it a bit more had they handed me the burgers as soon as i got my change back at the window. But to have me pull up and wait 10 minute, those burgers should have been fresh. Took them back in and had them remade just for them to result the same way. Cold. Don’t waste your time at this “face paced” food place. Even their manager don’t care. Waste of money.

We go here mostly every morning to get breakfast. They are always fast and courteous. We move forward to a cone after they take our order. Its always fast and they are cleanly. That’s important in these times. We love Hardee’s!

Everytime I come to this location I’m instructed to pull forward into a narrow slot to wait 10 minutes for my food. Even if its just a plain biscuit. The wait time to order isn’t bad its waiting for your food that gets me.

I ordered a combo meal and when I started to eat the hamburger the bun was molded, went back to get my money back and they had a bad attitude like it was my fault. So my advice is to everyone is check your food before eating it.

Employees eavesdropping on people at the drive-thru. Getting an attitude with customers. Not acknowledging customers at the speaker at the drive-thru. Taking 10 minutes for two fish sandwiches it don’t take that long to prepare that. We won’t be back.
