Overall a great experience and the prices were right. I ordered the biscuits and gravy as I always do when I visit places that are known for breakfast food. I’d give it an overall 7/10. My only criticism being the biscuits could use some work. I’d recommend a larger biscuit with more flakiness. The gravy likely needs more pepper. Good consistency though. My wife ordered the club sandwich and it was as you’d expect. No issues. My kids had sausage and eggs. No issues to note with their meals. Service was good albeit a little slow to get the food out. Almost forgot, the hash browns I received with my biscuits and gravy were subpar. I’d recommend substituting them for something else.

Spontaneously stopped in for breakfast for lunch and was surprised to find such a home-spun diner here in Bloomington. Staff were all wonderfully friendly and attentive. Lovely retro music and food that tasted like grandma made it herself.

Pretty decent portions for the price. Overall the food was okay. Ordered biscuits and gravy, eggs, and bacon, and hash browns. Hash Browns tasted like they has been sitting under a warmer for awhile. Biscuits and gravy was alright – nothing to write home about. Bacon was cooked perfectly. 6/10

A clean, greasy dive. Just an awesome breakfast experience every single time. Their coffee ain’t great, but, your cup will always be full. Best value in town, you can eat here for less than a drive-thru.

Love this place! We have a spot at Lake Monroe and try to get here a couple times a month for breakfast. Service is great, large portions, delicious food, and a cool diner type feel.

My best friend works here and a couple of my other girls work here also. Miss it being ran by the original family. Not to be racist about anything but it’s just not the same with the Mexicans running it. But the ppl that serve there are like family still so it’ll do for now.
