The employees are always very polite, only they seem to always be left in a struggle. I moved the area over a year ago and out of the handful of times I’ve been to this location every single time there’s been some type of operational problem that is out of any employees hands. There was a few months where their Apple Pay didn’t work in the drive-through and they would ask you to come inside. Of the times I have been able to use the drive-through it’s taking nearly 20 or 30 minutes with one or two cars ahead. Yesterday they were out of bread and we’re only serving lettuce wraps, your whole business is revolved around bread… This location’s owner could use some TLC from a corporate trainer.

Placed an online order and made my way to the store about 10 minutes later. Showed up about 20 minutes after I made the order, not ready. Cool, I thought, maybe a couple minutes because, you know, they’re supposed to be “freaky fast”. 15 minutes later they bring out my food. I was the only customer there. So I figure alright, maybe they spent that entire time painstakingly getting my order right. Nope. 35 minutes for below average sandwiches that they couldn’t even get right. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place, freaky fast.

This location always fails to complete my order the way I request it. As you can see in the picture, I requested that my sandwiches be cut in half and I also paid $1 EXTRA for cheese to be added to one of them. Clearly they did neither of those things. Also, look at how poorly my Gargantuan was made. Why is the cheese on the outside?Very disappointing and I will not be returning to this location!

Dry bread, no flavor, way too expensive for what you get. A 16 inch with nothing added or extra is $18.99 and that is not the combo. I can go to Subway and get a 12 inch with all the extras, make it as big as I want and still pay less. I can get a whole meal for that. I will stick to Subway. I didn’t mind paying the money at first, until I made it home and actually tasted everything
