The first time in 7 years I walked into dunkin donuts. The girl behind the counter is yelling. “It’s going to take awhile to place your order!” Come to find out, that line was for those who are waiting to pick up their purchase. It was a whole 2 of us that needed to place our order. So the girl walked around and did nothing that made sense. When the busy guy was finished with his job he ran over to take our orders, 5 minutes later. I finally place my order. In 3 hours later, their nasty – gross donuts are as hard as a rock.

Rude people trying to rush you. Repeated my order 3 times and they still got it wrong . Not even halfway in the door and they are yelling at you to put your order in. They get mad when you want to look at the menu and have an attitude when you don’t answer in spanish.

I want to share my experience first of all by giving thanks to all the Dunkin’ Donuts team that work in this location. Today My car broke down in the middle of the Drive thru area when ordering food. The staff were so kind and understanding. And the first thing they thought about my kids and I been safe and getting us inside the store. Specially, because it was more than 95 degrees outside. Thank you all very much. Sorry you have to close the Drive thru for more than 30 minutes. Great management and great staff!!

So I asked for a small decaf iced coffee and the girls there said they did not have any, but that they could serve me a small hot decaf coffee. You could imagine my facial expressions…So I asked for a small decaf hot coffee with a little ice to cool down and yes they did serve that. So I asked again why not iced decaf with mocha flavor again if I’m getting a small hot decaf with a little ice? She explained that it was a different machine they used and that because it doesn’t sell; they don’t make it because they end up throwing product away. I’m not upset, just leaving a comment to advise you guys to make up a believable excuse. I am a daily Dunkin Donuts customer and well you cannot tell me something different from what I see on the daily basis at my local Dunkin Donuts. So guys step it up because I don’t think you guys want any consequences with corporate. Not that I will make a big deal over this, but as far as I know, there are rules to follow on franchised businesses.
