Tonight, my wife and I received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. My wife (tried to) purchase a few pizzas for dinner. When she tried to pay with a debit card, she was told the transaction didn’t register, try again. She swiped the card again, and there was still no record of the payment in their system. But my bank charged me for BOTH transactions. We were then told they couldn’t give us a refund because the transaction never completed on their end, or give us our food because they didn’t know if we were charged or not. That’s when my wife showed them our banking app, showing not only was it paid for, but we were charged twice! The managers then proceeded to continuously lie to us about why they couldn’t give us our food that had been paid for. First, we were told that the district manager said not to give us our food or money. Then when I asked for contact information for said district manager, I was told they didn’t have that information. So, they charged me $50 for $25 worth of food and I left without my food or money back.

THE WORST SERVICE…. Today was my second time coming to this location since NYE… both times I ordered from the app… on NYE they closed early and would not refund me!! I was 1 of 3 people that this happened to this night…. They told us we had to call our banks to dispute it!!! Extremely terrible service…… so today I ordered thinking ok it’s early, it shouldn’t be that bad… I was wrong! Not only did they have the order wrong… I arrived 10 minutes after the time they said it would be ready just to allow more time.. which was pointless because you still have to wait in a long line. When it was my turn, they told me they messed up the order and would have to do it all over again!! This took an additional 20 minutes!!!!! Through it all, the service was just horrible, they are always rude and nasty for no reason…. I hate it here and I will not be back. Also, I’ll be calling corporate, something needs to be done here.

I gave two stars cuz I’ve had worse, but I am shocked at how a hot and ready can cost more $$ and taste worse than it did a year ago or so ago, the whole thing makes me never want little Caesars again.I don’t think that’s all due to the staff specifically the service here wasn’t the worst they were pretty slow but most of the Little Caesars are pretty slow and terrible for that. It did take about over 20 minutes to get the pizza and crazy comdo.

The taste is fine but a hot and ready is longer that its a hot and pricey. For what they charge for it now if you enjoy great crust spend the difference on Pizza Hut–Dominoes or even Buddy’s not in this order. 5$ for the sme pizza that now cost between 7 and 9.

The parking lot needs redoing. There have been unsuitable persons on the inside that not buying. In a drugged state, very unnerving. The employee’s shouldn’t handle money and food. Need gloves and hair nets. I however was greeted.

They don’t prioritize online orders. Online system said it would be ready between 3:00 and 3:20. I arrived at 3:40. And upon arriving it was not done. The lady said it would be 5 more minutes so I waited. After 5 minutes waiting she told me it would be another 10 minutes. At this point I just asked for a hot and ready and took the loss on whatever I had ordered. I’ve come here twice and both times were bad experiences. There is another one that is like 10 minutes away on Mack. And I will go there from now on.
