Best way to try Indian food is the lunch buffet. Several different classics to try for only $12.99. From salads to entrees everything is very good and full of flavor. Metal utensils, real ceramic plates and cloth napkins. It seems family run and if you don’t like the food you just don’t like Indian food! An Indian equivalent to a music video channel plays on the TV at an appropriate volume. The flavors are different and exotic. I honestly tried a little bit of everything on the buffet and there was nothing I didn’t like. I really like this place as something different in Corpus Christi! I highly recommend you give them a try.

Absolutely delicious!!!!! This place was fantastic and tasted authentic! I walked in and was immediately greeted and taken to my table. This kind older woman helped up (the owner?) was so very helpful to us. I hadn’t been here before and she helped me through the menu. She seemed to care about each of her customers and paid extra attention. The Naan was perfect, and the butter chicken was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this resturant to anyone who wants something different in CC!

Today I came here around 12:00 pm for lunch, I would say the food was good. The vegetable dishes such as the palak paneer, steamed cauliflower, and naan bread was considered my favorite. The desserts as for sliced carrot and rice pudding was great too. When we saw the bill at the end of our meal we discovered it wasn’t the same price that they were showing outside, and to some dismay we said to ourselves it would’ve been better if we ate elsewhere with that price

Will give a second chance but several plates were dirty so we left before eating. Edit- We returned this time for dinner, service was alright, nothing special but what sealed my resolve to never return to this restaurant is the portions and flavor of the food. I ordered the chicken tikka, for a 13+ dollar dish of food I was given 6 measly inch big cubes of chicken- decent flavored. My cousin ordered the butter chicken, once again high prices 11-12 dollars and barely any meat. We also ordered tandoori chicken which was flavorless but bountiful. They charged for each rice(was burnt and oily) that came with and for the bread. The Naan was the best thing on the table sadly. I understand opening a ethnic restuarant in corpus can’t be easy, as by and by the town is fast food garbage oriented but every business owner has a responsibility to be honest. Nickel and diming customers and giving tiny portions of mediocre food for exorbitant prices isn’t the way to run a business. To me thats the actions of a business trying to break even before they go under. All in all my bill was almost 80 dollars for 3 dishes 2 rices and bread. With 1 beer. The price was worth it to know that I made a terrible choice in returning.

Loved the food! Fresh and very flavorful! Chicken kebabs were well done, with right seasoning! Butter Chicken was very rich and flavorful as well with right amount of kick to it. Not too spicy, not too bland. Service was amazing as well. They kept checking on us to make sure all our needs were met.

Great food, fresh bread, selection of spiciness level and clean. A lot of choices. This is a true gem in a city with limited cuisine options! It is a bit pricey, so that’s why I give it 4 stars. We paid almost $38 for two. But I understand it must be very hard to stay in business when this cuisine is probably not understood in this small town.

Food was fantastic, staff was helpful, nice, atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming! The restaurant is a small, family owned business that takes pride in their food and service… I loved it! I would recommend for anyone to try their food… even if you are afraid of spicy food they custom make it to your liking. This was our first time here and we are definitely coming back!
