Literally just went through the drive through and we’re the only ones in line so idk why this happened. No bacon on my double bacon burger at all. It was sloppily put in there and half fallen apart. The lady on the phone said the cook “put bacon on there”. We didn’t get curly fries when we ordered curly fries and then were told over the phone that they took it down as regular fries so there’s “nothing they can do”. Ridiculous. If there was a line I could understand but there wasn’t. Going to be contacting corporate because I felt they were being very rude on the phone, especially lying about putting bacon on when there clearly was no effort put into this burger at all, let alone bacon.

I can’t even rate this. It was the worst $33 I have spent. I ordered a Swiss burger, fajita, and chicken strips. The burger was flat, and the bread was dry and hard. I could only eat the meat cause I was starving. The frys were also dry and chalky, Fajita was a disaster and soggy. I should have known better than to order from them. Went to this Jack in the Box around 2am and “their system was down” from my understanding it shuts down around 4am for a reboot. Rude manager wouldn’t even give me his name. From when I got there they missed orders from 7 different customers including myself. When I drove through all of the monitors were on and looked like there was no problem with them. Just poor customer service. If you don’t want to do your job then quit and give someone else the opportunity!! You guys are 24/7 as advertised.
