This is by far the dirtiest and nastiest chipotle i have been to. Ive eaten here on multiple occasions and each time there is trash littered across the seating area, cans are over filled and no one seams to care about cleaning this place up. Its simply disgusting, on top of that, the manager, tall long haired white kid doesnt seem to care much. Ive asked to have the tables cleaned, and no one has been put to address the concerns. To top it all off, the food dispending ares is pretty nasty as well. Most of the counter top is splashed with all the different fixing as the prepare the food. Wont be returning to this one, any time soon. Yall need to avoid this location if at all possible..

It’s chipotle, fairly consistent. The food is decent, price for what it is is high of course but it’s a chain. The staff seem nice and there is plenty of seating. If you go here expecting to eat chipotle, you won’t have any problems.

I immediately felt bad for the one worker that has to work the front by themselves around 8pm to 10pm. This seems like a new thing and should be stopped, it greatly takes away from the service. Also, the chipolte bowl was one of the worst I’ve had in a while. The side tortilla wasn’t really warmed up properly which I don’t blame them for since they are working by themselves and someone came back for water cups while I was being helped by the tortilla warmer. Better staffing and management is needed at this location I feel – whether it’s 0 forks one day, bad food the next, or limited staffing as the reasoning. I feel bad for the workers – change the staffing ratios back- or the manager needs to fill in the gaps.

Went there tonight at around 8:15. Waited for somebody to come out from the back. He didn’t even say hello when I walked in. He went in the back to go get somebody I could hear everybody laughing and having a good time. Waited another few minutes for somebody to come out. The place was so dirty. I could hear them all clowning around in the back and the hot food look like a food fight. It was so dirty. The Person next to me said the same thing. I love chipotle but The crew that was working tonight were obviously just doing the bare minimum. Sorry Chipotle

Ordered a bowl of carnitas came straight home sat down and the meat was cold. Not a little cold but straight up cold. I got completely grossed out. The restaurant is under staffed and even though there was a line one worker saw us picked up a broom and started sweeping leave one girl making all the food and ringing all the orders up.

This Chipotle is clean and the staff is friendly. As the only food spot in Hastings Village shopping complex it can get busy but the line moves quickly. I love their burrito bowls which have less carbs and their guacamole is amazing. Easy ordering in their app and plenty of free parking available.

My burrito was gigantic and very tasty. If you load the burrito I think it can be shared. Service was good and there were people going in all the time. The place is rather small and not super clean. Food was what you can expect from a chipotle and was good. There is only one restroom. There is an outside seating. It is pretty cheap.

I came excited about my lunch and immediately was disappointed and disgusted when I saw an employee make bowls/burritos with the same gloves they were collecting money and working the cash register with. They were contaminating the lettuce and cheese with dirty gloves. I had about 4 customers in front of me and she took orders and made food without changing her gloves once. I immediately left after that and won’t return.

Very disappointed today we were looking forward to eating here .. once we seen there was one worker taking orders and working the register touching the cash and then taking the next order reached in the lettuce and never changed the gloves . So we debated if we wanted to eat there . We decided it’s a no for us the lettuce was contaminated.. proper training is a must for handling food …

Very dirty food preparation area. The employee at the register switched between handling food and handling money without changing gloves, and also dropped a food container then literally kicked it around the food prep area. This location was a nightmare 5/62023 8:15pm.
