As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

For the very first time I thought of getting dinner from Checkers. I took the drive through options. This is the longest time that I spent in a drive through line so far. Afterwards, the people in the window asked me to pull over. I pulled over and waited even longer hour. The neighbourhood is a bit shady. And there were some questionable junkies around which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. However, I got the food at last. The food was okay. I got some chicken tenders. The good part about them was they were not greasy. They had some spices too, although was needed some more salts to season. The fries were fine too. However, the service was extremely slow.

No chicken , credit card machine doesn’t work , so cash only but exact change. the cashier couldn’t make change. she didn’t have any . “we are hiring ” signs on the top the building . what a joke. not the employees fault. Went to the window that said “pick up and delivery” for my Uber Eats order. All my order was for was a Fanta Strawberry! The lady with the red hair and the lady with the long black hair saw me, looked at me three times, and proceeded like I wasn’t there. I blew the horn. The cook even told them I was there. The lady with the red hair got snappy with her co-worker but her punk self wouldn’t come to the window and tell me what she said. Why have a pick up window for third party delivery drivers, but not use it? Maybe they’re too slow to understand how third party delivery works. And they wonder why BW are the bottom of the totem pole. If I ever go back, off the clock, it’ll be to tell them how incompetent they are. July 10th 2021 at 9:25 p.m.
