This Restaurant is very clean the staff is friendly and under new ownership of 3months. I had the Omelette, I not sure if they use a pan, but I’m pretty sure they were using the grill but it was burnt egg. I wasn’t going to return it so I deal with it unfortunately. But personally if you want to run a good restaurant have a cook that knows what they’re doing.

Ordered carne in salsa Verde literally got rice beans and cheese thrown in a plate no meat taste like they ran out of regular salsa and subbed with green jalapeño salsa some old ensalada food was all over the plate and looked like throw up. will never buy food from here ever again. This was my 2nd time first time I ordered fish tacos and got tortillas with lettuce pongan a gente que quiere trabajar y si no pues Mandela’s ala casa..

When I order a carne asada burrito from anywhere else I get rice and beans but they do just meat. I don’t know if their messing with me but this place ain’t it. If you do just meat burritos maybe let people know before I spend $10.Also maybe fill the thing it was mostly tortilla.

Reviews must be bought. Tacos soggy and have no life to them. Paid extra for guacamole and sour cream and it looked like it came out of a can. Do not come here If you enjoy having your stomach not feeling like it’s about to fall into itself.

I ordered san Felipe fries called for the price I was told 12.35. When I went to pay it was $18.05. The fries were double cooked cheese and Carne asada and shrimp on top. That was it. Didn’t look like rhe picture then the receipt was half of one could not see my total or the price or what I ordered on there. Not worth it. Photos coming soon…no I have the right one. I work right across the street that’s why I know it’s the right one. I called put my order in and I walked to go pick it up around 750 pm And I speak perfect Spanish. Castaneda in riverside way better.

Please save yourself from old and unsavory food and go elsewhere. I ordered carne asada burrito. I requested red sauce. When I got home the sauce and cheese was spilling everywhere. It was full of grease. The carne asada was tough and chewy. It looked like meat that was days old. The burrito shell was also hard and chewy.

Always come here because its open 24hrs, but that’s about to stop. Ordered the Carne Asada Super Nachos with rice and beans and they forgot the Carne Asada. So I had to waste gas to come back and get my order right. They fixed my order, but I checked this time and I see that they forgot the pico de gallo when I specifically asked for it. The lady at the window wanted to charge me for it. I was already upset with having to come back because my order was wrong. I said how about you just let me have it for getting my order wrong and making me come back. She said no, I have to charge you $1.62. She could have made the situation better by letting me have the pico de gallo for the inconvenience. Instead I forked over $1.62 when I already spent $35 for some Nachos and a wet burrito. Im going to try to avoid Castaneda for now on. Im starting realize its not worth it. Besides they’re not the only Mexican food restaurant open 24hrs.

I don’t know if they have new people or something but I was so disgusted with what I ordered tonight. We usually order the rolled chicken taquitos and carne asada fries but when we ordered them tonight, it was so different. They don’t use the good corn tortillas anymore, they now use this tortilla that tastes horrible. The fries looked, felt, and tasted like they’ve never even seen a fryer. Like it literally looked like they put raw fries in there. And the salsa is now terrible. I’m never going to this place again.
