Terrible service at this location on Berryessa Road in San Jose. Terrible management resulting in lengthy wait times. Only one person taking orders. My order was taken at 11:67am. When delivered it was short one item and we had to stand at the counter demanding service. Our last item was finally delivered at noon. I wont come back here any time soon, if ever.

This has to be one the worst Mc Donalds in America. The staff always get the orders wrong everytime I go here. This location is getting worst every month cuz workers are poorly trained. Hope they fire the manager at this location cuz he/she can’t properly train workers to listern clearly and follow instructions on orders. It’s not a hard job to do but these retarted workers cant get simple orders right. Sometimes its hard to understand the drive-thru worker on the comms.

Quality has steadily gone downhill and it doesn’t matter which location. I’ve noticed a stark decline in food quality no matter which location or what time of day.
