Beyond super slow, at first they can’t give you an accurate time frame for some reason….but when you ask them again they’ll say ummm 10-15-20 min. Then it’s not even ready at that time or has been and is just sitting there. The pizza is never hot or ready like it’s supposed to be during the times they say it always will be. The customer service is okay I guess, they’re not rude but they have no gumption to do anything quickly or accurately. If I could give negative stars I would or at least 0 stars. Won’t ever go there again after giving it several chances to change my mind.

Absolutley horrible service! Waited almost an hour for my pizza, after being told it was a 20 minute wait. After 45 minutes they realized my order was put in the pizza portal online pickup oven an had been sitting there for 20 minutes. Pizza was barely warm after sitting in the pickup oven for 20 minutes. I highly reccomend going to Jets or a competitor down the road.

Never again. Placed the order an hour and 20 minutes before pick up and it still wasn’t ready. While waiting, a lady came in off the street and knew one of the cashiers. The cashier then proceeded to give the lady a free crazy bread while multiple people were still waiting on their order. 3rd time in a row the order hasn’t been ready on time. Lost a customer for good, best of luck.

3 fridays in a row, I put in an order for 1 classic pizza…one thing of cheesy bread…app doesn’t update so I go in at the time they said it would be finished. I walk in and they say it’s “almost ready” and then they start making it then. So order takes an hour. Even better, multiple times I have seen someone walk in and ask for a hot and ready and they turn around and hand them one…gonna have to go over to popes pizza and stay local cause these guys over here gotta get it together.

I ordered through the app, clicked on the thin crust and pineapple pepsi thinking it would automatically add the pepsi with the deal but it did not. I had to purchase it separately. Very disappointing.

I would recommend not using doordash unless you want sideways Pizza and if Rock Bread is your thing then they have the best flinstone pizza in town!! They constantly mess up my order but they always make good on it

I have to say, I love Little Caesars Pizza. Their cheese mix is spot on, paired with their pizza sauce that has a bit of a zip. They have a sturdy yet soft crust. You don’t need to go crazy with a bunch of toppings. A basic pizza, is delicious. My favorite, the Detroit deep dish with pepperoni.

Ordered 2 pizzas and they supposed to be ready by 6:50pm. I waited until 7:15pm in the lobby and no pizza with excuse that they have so many orders and i need to wait 35 min more. Whats the point from online ordering if you need to wait almost one hour after your pick up time? Never had this bad experience with any another Little Caesars store.
