I judge all Dunkin’ Donuts by the chocolate cream filled donut. I’ve been to Dunkin’ Donuts that barely put a pea sized amount of chocolate cream in this donut, and I’ve been to a handful of places that put a worthy amount of the cream in it. But the breakfast point Dunkin’ Donuts in Panama City Beach is the king! The young lady at the register told me that the manager filled them this morning. This manager is my hero.

During the weekdays the staff is friendly but they mess up the orders. On weekends the orders are correct but they don’t greet you, are miserable and look like they need some social skills training. I get that there is an employee shortage but you can do better than this.

Thwy have the sweetest workers at the drive through, and Im there every morning and every one of them are so nice to me, they have a happy positive tone in their voice rather than other drive throughs who seem to hate it.. the coffee is the best, and they have a $3 breakfast wrap sooo worth it. But I wanted to give 5 stars today as that happy service is hard tocome by. Great people, thank you all!
