The most dysfunctional subway ever. No bread, toaster oven does not work, the cooler with drinks does not work, there’s no cheese. You’re better off going to the subway down the street in Walmart, that one is at least consistent.

Went to Subway at 5 points only to find out it was closed. Then hit Subway in Moon Twp Giant Eagle Plaza. Service was awful, food awful and I ened up sick as dog 2 hrs later and the rest of the evening! I am writing this review because I want to let people know to avoid this Subway, food poisoning is what you will get!!! Not a fresh delicious hoagie!!

Food was not warm so I told her to toast it I guess she never asked and when she did ask anything it was short…as she was supposed to be toasting the sandwich I grabbed a fountain lemonade and a bag of lays chips… lemonade tasted nasty – old ! When I got back to eat my sandwich it was ice cold and the bread wasn’t toasted…just praying I don’t get sick with food poisoning now

Fresh ingredients. Food tasted fine. However, the ability to understand the customers order is a necessity. The lady made mistakes on the 3 orders in front of me, and then mine as well .I asked for red onion and banana peppers in a very clear and concise tone, she put green peppers and pickles. I don’t understand that kind of mental gymnastics. Wouldn’t come again.

Went to order a sandwich and the lady making it said I HAD TO get the sauce that goes with that specific sandwhich. I said you’re telling me I can’t choose my own sauce? She just didn’t want to make another one. After I told her I knew she was able to start over and please not use that sauce she chucked it in the trash can. Almost tipped over, very mad. Service is awful.

Visited this location on 10/10/2020 around 3pm. This lady is just awful to say the least. Can’t tell if she’s having bad day or what but she didn’t treat me fair and I’m not coming back again. She acting as if I need to pay extra for the veggies. Can surely count the lettuce she put on my sub same as onion and the rest. I had wanted to tell her I’m not getting it again but the gentleman in me won’t allow me. I’m just not happy. What hurts is subway is often what I take as lunch.

By far the worst customer service experience I ever encountered not even a hello or how you doing today and not even a hi how can I help you it’s like she was irritated she had to make our sandwiches for me and my mom. Typical Subway. Not great not bad. I need their frequently because of the location. The bread there is usually more stale then other nearby Subways. Not sure why that is. Clerk today was friendly and efficient. That is not always the case. 4 out of five Stars.

Dingy place. Most of the veggies were wilted and all of the food – meats, cheeses, and veggies – were all strewn about and mixed into different containers. Staff were all sitting around in the back on top of the fridges. The iced tea had tea leaves in it – filter must not have been placed properly. Just an all-around bad experience. Do not go here.
