Awesome breakfast & brunch cafe! Love the decor, they transformed the space from dimly lit, cozy Italian diner vibe (former Mama Mia) to a bright & airy, clean and family friendly space. We went as a family of four with two young children, we were seated right away and service was attentive the whole time. Food was amazing! Good portion, fresh ingredients and came out timely. Great vegetarian options. I’m a bit of an egg connoisseur and the over-easy eggs were perfect. We’ll be regulars here.

I stopped in at this new local breakfast/lunch spot to try it out because I heard people talking about it. Wow was I impressed with this place and even went back 2 more times. The atmosphere is beautiful bright and up-lifting. The staff is super friendly and inviting. Both the food menu and drink menu are wonderful, with fun new creations to try while also having the brunch food/drink staples. I will be HIGHLY recommending this place to anyone and everyone.

First visit. Everything is made from scratch. Monkey bread, carnivore skillet, mini brisket tacos. Orange sherbet mimosa plus a full bar. Fonda was a fantastic server. Love everything about this place.

So the food was pretty good for the price. I got the spicy skillet and was pretty good, but it should have been called the pepper skillet because it was 50% peppers.. the pancakes were very fluffy and tasted great. So I understand this is a new restaurant and they’re figuring it out. But waiting an hour from ordering to delivery of the food isn’t good for this kind of restaurant. It would be justifiable if the food was mind blowing but you could go to family restaurant and still get similar quality. I hope they succeed but they need to work on some stuff. I’ll probably come here again though.

Stopped in for breakfast. It did not disappoint! The atmosphere was very nicely decorated & inviting. The variety of the menu made the decision a difficult one. My husband & I chose the spicy skillet & I had the caprese Benedict. Both were delicious!! I already shared photos & recommendations to friends. We will be back-found a new favorite breakfast stop!

Went to Rise and Shine in Wales today and it was fantastic! My husband and I shared monkey bread with peach dip, I had the avocado toast with sweet potato hash, and my husband had the carnivore omelet. Everything was mouthwatering good!

They were on a wait already at 8am and the food took a bit to get out, but people should be real here. What do you expect going to a new restaurant the first week it opens! The service was truly awesome and the food was steaming hot and tasty. I would definitely recommend!

Our fist time here and we will not come back. Food was really bad, almost everything over cooked: chicken and waffles, toast and potatoes. My coffee was awful without flavor, tasted just like ice and water. The lemonade ridiculously small. Our waitress came two times to the table: in the beginning and with the check.

It’s not very often you come across a legitimate A+ restaurant, let alone one with the brunch/lunch cafe vibe. There’s a place in Chicago, I could send you to Nashville, a quick jaunt to Maui, no big deal right? Well I’m here to tell you the Rise & Shine cafe in little ole’ Wales, WI is a must try, like yesterday, you should have already been here and told all your friends. It’s that good.
