I’m a beach person and I really love the decor of this restaurant. The outside grounds are just as beautiful tropical tropical style planting. I love that they list calories in the menu, and they have plenty of healthier, lighter calorie choices so that one could choose those options that taste phenomenal. Today, I had the beach bowl with teriyaki grilled chicken, and of course, I had to have plenty of refills of the passion iced tea. My server today was very attentive and efficient. Food came out quickly. I got here around 2:30 and it was not busy at all.

Whether you’re in the mood for a mid-day pick me up, happy hour with friends, or dinner and dessert with family, Islands is a great choice for burgers, shakes, and drinks. Lately, I can’t get enough of the island fries, which seem to be made just for people who want a good, natural, seasoned, and crispy french fry. The burgers, of course, are just as delectable with many to choose from. The hosts have been friendly every time, as have been the wait staff, with no complaints about the food or the drinks. The bathrooms are so clean! Oh, that’s exactly what we need when we want a nice meal out and about. All in all, a solid five stars, perfect for when I’m wanting something a little heavier and satisfying.

Islands is always a favorite. Malibu burger or Shorebird sandwich for me. Wings are decent. Fries are good. They have a homemade feel to me. The Northshore tacos are good too. They don’t come with beans anymore but you do get three tacos. The passion tea is one my family and me love getting. We even found what brand it is and make it home now. Lastly, I tried Islands wheat beer. It was nice and smooth. Definitely trying more beers on the next visit.

There’s a train why we come to this island week after week. The service is just great! We normally go to the bar and never wait to be seated. The bar area always always has open seating. The bartenders are funny, cool and cute. I’ve always said island has the best chicken sandwich, hands down. I still haven’t found a place where they cook the chicken sandwich better. Parking sometimes is hard to find because there’s just other business near by that use the same lot.

It all started with the hostess wiping down my lunch table right in front of me without me asking. He did it was such passion. Restaurant is clean. Bathrooms are clean. This is a deal breaker for me and I appreciate clean bathrooms. Brittany was my waitress and she was such a sweetheart. I actually meet a new friend in her and because of her service I will go back again/again. thank-you! for creating my lunch experience so wonderful. I have had to wash my blouse 3 times as I got sauce all over it which is so hilarious. I ordered the pineapple hamburger and it’s a must when you visit this location. the employees @ Islands have always been so remarkable and when you see customer service like that not only do you go back but you highly recommended to everyone you know.

It was nice to be at the Islands Restaurant after returning from the Cabazon outlet. Friendly and attentive staff. The Spinach and Artichoke Dip had good density and flavor. Vegetarian alternative for all burgers. Our family enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. First time visiting and will be returning in the future.
