Never a bad experience. The Reuben was tasty as always and the broccoli cheese soup was hot and hearty. Jason’s is a place I visit every time I’m in town. Wish they had a location near Columbus, Ohio. Online ordering is a breeze as well.

I used to enjoy Jason’s deli very much so many years ago. I am disappointed they don’t have the vegetarian French onion soup they once did! I got a sock eye salmon sandwich and she got a mufalato sandwich hers had chips and I had steamed veggies. I did so enjoy my sandwich and she hers, the veggies might have well been raw but that’s ok. I don’t do much dairy, but was looking forward to the free mini soft serve ice cream cones. We were sad to see it was out of order. It was though a nice lunch and we would for sure go again.

Ordered the hot pastrami sandwich… The sandwich was very good… Ordered banana peppers… mushrooms… on sourdough bread… The problem I had was the amount of meat on the sandwich… I’ve had several experience’s were there was almost double the meat on the sandwich…

They don’t keep the salad bar area clean. Everytime I eat there the salad bar area is nasty. They need to have someone there always working in that area to keep it clean. I have to ask that some of the food containers be changed out because it gets to the bottom and it’s nasty. That area has the drinks and ice cream too.

First time here. Staff was standing around for the majority of the time I was there. I ordered a salad bar & chili. I was given a number, ate my salad & still had my number. I walked up to the counter with my number and the girl showed me my bowl of chili that looked like it had been sitting on a tray that was set up for someone else. Had I known, I would have watched the counter to know when to pick up my now warm-ish chili. It was as if the staff couldn’t be bothered. It’s not like they were super busy.

I come here about 2-3 times a week. I love the food here, everything on their menu is amazing. I normally have a very good experience here, but today the host who took my order was very short with me and cut me off a couple times.
