Have driven past this place for a long time and we finally stopped. And glad we did! When I walked in I overheard another customer raving about the burritos so that’s what I got and it was delicious! Very generous portions and taste was superb. My wife got the steak tacos and the first thing she said was “this steak is wonderful” we then ordered for our 4 kids and took it home and they devoured it. This will be our go to place from now on.

I absolutely loved this place! Authentic Mexican food at its’ finest. A little gem tucked away in Kenwood. Wonderful, quick service, reasonable prices and delicious food with a very friendly staff. My chorizo torta (sandwich) was huge!! The chips & salsa were amazing and homemade too. Just…wow. I can’t wait to go back again soon for lunch/dinner. Strongly recommend Chilero!!!

Seriously…. SO GOOD. The chiliquiles are incredible. So full of flavor, perfect spice levels from both roja and verde salsas. Just wonderful all the way around – we will definitely be regulars.

Overstuffed tacos on corn tortillas and homemade horchata; this place is legit! Only thing that kept it from being five stars is that the quesadilla was a little on the small side. But totally delicious and a great value overall!

I got the burrito and three tacos. Pastor, chorizo, asada. All were very good. The hot sauce is hot! It hit the spot. The prices are not bad at all. I will be back.

Had for lunch to go on a Thursday at a recommendation from a coworker. 3 tacos (1-steak, chicken, and pork) Found it to be so lite on seasoning that it was borderline bland. tortilla was interesting and extra thick and almost crepe like. Mild salsa “green” was very thin and not typical in flavor as one might think. Ill give it another shot and try the pork ribs at least and surprised there were no tamales offered

Best horchata I have had in a long time. Some stuff isn’t as delicious as others, but everything here is pretty damn good. Personally, getting the chicken chimichanga with horchata makes me extremely satisfied every time
