This is my favorite Steak Escape in the area! The team are always polite or joking amongst themselves or with the customers. They try to tell you about discounts and their food is amazing. They have great quality. Better than the other Steak Escapes in the area by far. I always get the BBQ sub. It comes with Steak, BBQ, Cheddar, and if you want mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. I don’t get the veggies, although I could eat it that way. I just get the meat, extra meat, extra BBQ, and the Cheddar cheese. It’s awesome!

Truck driver: I parked behind mall and walked over to eat lunch. Ordering was easy. The inside lobby is open. The food is prepared to order. Everything was fresh.

Food was okay ( Mediocre) at best. Was supposed to get jalapeños on my sub and chili cheese fries. Got home and our subs seemed dried out. Spent $43 dollars on dinner that was definitely not worth $43 dollars. As far as the staff, they were exceptionally nice and attentive.

If I could put even lower on the atmosphere stars I WOULD! Food was good, atmosphere was terrible. I don’t know if the woman worker was a manager or not but the entire time we were there from the 2nd we walked in to the 2nd we walked out, all she did was yell at the staff where the entire restaurant could hear her. I understand having to correct or get onto an employee, but not where customers can see and hear you doing so. It was very unprofessional and displeasing while trying to have lunch with my family. Will never eat at this Steak Escape again!
