Pizza dough is very floppy, doesn’t hold itself well. Toppings don’t taste the best or fresh. It might be a company problem rather than this stores problem. The workers when I’ve came have been super nice, and pretty chill and nonchalant. Pretty nice that they bring the pizza to your car as well. The only thing I have to say is the pizza is non consistent. I’ve only had one good pizza with good tasting toppings and the dough holding its form.

The pizza is pretty good, but their ability to make the food isn’t remotely as fast as the app will tell you when you order. We ordered via the app and it said 15 minutes. I arrived at the store 10 minutes later, just in case it was ready early, and was told it would take another 15 minutes. This happens almost every time we go, yet I’m always optimistic that maybe THIS time it will be different.

Staff actually seemed like they were on drugs or something, had trouble speaking, hearing, and understanding when placing an order in the store. Had to repeat myself at least 4 times. Waited the 15 min to come back and pick up our order as that is how long they said til it was ready. They apparently forgot to put our pizza in the oven so we had to wait another 15 minutes to pick up our order. Very frustrating.

Ordered food to be delivered at 8, 1.5 hrs after ordering, didn’t arrive till 9. Should have just ordered it to arrive asap. Food didn’t taste fresh because it sat around for over an hour. It was warm so I’m giving this review 2 stars, but I was never given an discount for old late food. Honestly a waste of time and money.

Tracked my food on their website and had left the house because it said my food was ready but get there and it wasn’t. Guy working told me we were just waiting for 1 item. So I wait 10 mins for him to then tell me they messed up one of my pizzas so it will be another 5 mins. He offered me dipping sauce and I asked that’s all? Sure enough, lame! He should of gave me the messed up pizza for free because I definitely was waiting for 20 mins total.
