I can tell the workers are really trying and they are nice and courteous. For some reason they were unfortunately out of burgers and vanilla ice cream which are kinda DQ’s staples. The bathroom was also out of order which was a bummer as well.

Second review on this business, but just supporting my first. This is the absolute slowest Dairy Queen in existence. Nearly an hour in the drive-thru on a Tuesday night. I am not exaggerating. This place will test your patience. Just go somewhere else, or stop at the next DQ.

I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. They were out of chili didn’t even have toasted hot dog buns ordered a hamburger as well they got it wrong too. Beckley Harper Road Dairy queen is tge worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever eaten at. If I were you I would drive right on past this place.

If I could not put a star at all, I would, but unfortunately I have to do at least one. Went to eat with my family and we got there around 9:30 and the drive thru was slammed, so we decided to go in since they don’t close till 10. We went to open the door and it was locked. 30 minutes before they closed, they even had a sign on the door saying they don’t close till 10 so there was no reason for them to have it locked.

As you can see, the line was wrapped around the building (my car is at the end in the parking lot next door). Blame COVID-19. Took almost 40 minutes. Yet the crew was calm, polite and the food was fine. 5 stars for the crew.
