The people who run this truck are the sweetest and most amazing people I’ve met in idaho! They make sure the vegan/vegetarian options are well marked and delicious, even for omnivores. The tortillas are handmade and well worth bringing a bag home for the week, they elevate your taco nights like you wouldn’t believe! As a born and raised Arizonian, I can tell you these are hands down the BEST tacos in idaho, and the most authentic, don’t sleep on this food truck! They made a special “fire storm tacos as nachos” for my last weekend in ID and it might just be my favorite off-menu item I’ve ever ordered!
