Darren, the Manager here was so kind and after having a terrible experience trying to order wings for the first time at another neighborhood restaurant, he made me forget all about it. I never mentioned this to him, but he was pleasant and provided wonderful customer service, which you don’t see a lot of these days in the service industry. Thank you for being a nice person and treating me like I mattered. You need another promotion, staff like you are hard to find. Trust me I know, I own a Dental Practice.

The restaurant was clean. Our server, Xavier was great! He brought out our order in a timely fashion, a got the entire order right, and everything was hot! I don’t go that often but I used to enjoy Bdubs. Not anymore. I would try to go anywhere else other than this place. And I don’t mean just this location. Went to the one in New Lenox a couple of months ago. Sat there for 30 minutes… ZERO SERVICE. Even after we asked who our server was. Went to the one in Frankfort last week and I ordered brisket tacos. Sounded delicious. Who the hell knows… there was sooooo much BBQ sauce I couldn’t taste anything else. It was oozing out everywhere and running down my hand. And apparently they couldn’t be bothered to warm up the meat. There was zero warmth to them. I’m done with this restaurant chain.

I only ate there because my grandson who is 10 wanted to go there. We ordered 15 wings apiece, needed napkins the waiter wouldn’t let us finish our food before bringing the check we was still eating so I told him to come back, he came right back before we could even finish enjoying our meal. That was awful service my goodness!!

Great service, and food, but the restaurant was completely empty, filthy, and besides for the cashier working there were no other employees in sight. It was close to closing but I had been working in the restaurant field for over 25 years and an hour before closing a restaurant, it should be absolutely spotless if the server’s want to go home
