We have ordered here 3 different times so far and not once have we had any complaints or issues. The food has been excellent, fully cooked, crispy and full of flavor. The customer service in-house has been respectful, professional and prompt. One time the driver was maybe 5 mins past the estimated delivery time and he called just to assure us he was en route and thanked us for our patience. Commendable. Thank you.

We had a party this past Saturday and needed a large number of pizzas. I called on Friday and was able to speak with an employee who was very helpful in advising me on the number and size of pizzas to order to accommodate the number of guests. I was able to place the order and pay that day and designate a time for pickup for Saturday, which made things incredibly easy for me as the host as I could send someone else to pickup. Our order was prepared on time and almost every guest commented on how delicious the pizza was! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and felt that the price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of food we had. Thanks so much and will definitely be using again for parties in the future!

They have THE best Buffalo Chicken Pizza. I just wish they were still in Dunn. I used to order from them every three days and get a giant Buffalo chicken for me and the friends who would hang out. But I gave the Coats location a try and I would recommend this place to anyone and anyone who disagrees that this is the best pizza place in NC clearly went when they were having a bad Night and don’t know how to understand that not everywhere can be perfect all the time! But this place comes very close! Love you guys and please never take the Buffalo chicken pizza off the menu!

Best pizza in Harnett County in my opinion! Staff is super friendly, pizza is awesome, and apps are great too. We love the garlic knots and cheese bread. Pizza has nice thin crust and is loaded with real fresh toppings.

We come to eat here every Tuesday night. Tonight my pizza wasn’t cooked properly and was cold. The waitress took it to the cook but the manager insisted it was cooked. I was disappointed with the service. They should have offered to make another one but didn’t! Another time the cheesy garlic bread was so thick and dry you couldn’t eat it! Never coming back again.
