Ordered online and picked up at the store. This is second time I’ve ordered online, and great experience both times. I parked right in front in space designated for online order pickups. Food is ready and bagged with my name on the bag. Super simple and convenient. Friendly, hard working staff inside in case of questions.

The food at this particular one, is really good. Time is definitely taken when making orders. Yet, one bad apple in service, is the reason I’m giving this establishment a one star. I don’t know his name, and not sure if he’s a manager or not. Due to his different color shirt (his red, rest of crews was black). The bald man, with sunglasses or transitional prescription glasses, wearing the red shirt working drive thru 6/24 in early evening (6ish). Very, very rude, and I watched as he was rude to those in drive thru. Everyone else working that evening was pleasant, except him.

It’s my son that loves KFC. I think their food is so so but the worst part is their prices. They are outrageous. He’s only allowed to pick it once a month because I would rather spend the same amount of money on a steak dinner! The staff was friendly and fast so that’s a plus.

I looked on website the special of 8 chicken strips for $10 so I headed to KFC. I put in my order for the chicken strips, added 4 small mashed potatoes plus 2 large drinks. I died when the server told me the total- $51. Seriously? For chicken strips. When i questioned it she said the $10 price was for online only. Needless to say, I stepped away from the counter and placed my order “online”. Doing so saved me $20. KFC is good, but not worth $50 unless i am feeding a family of 8.

Where do I start. This location is ghetto unclean etc. the staff is rude especially the supervisor the light skin guy with the glasses. I was there today 3/28/23 At around 3:45pm. I order a #10 and a #5 the young lady at the window asked me to park in front and wait for my fries and it would take 5mins after waiting 10mins I went inside and asked for my order the supervisor guy replied your waiting on thighs long story short I waited on pies not fries or thighs the miscommunication is crazy! To be cooked it was a lot of people waiting on there orders in this dirty restaurant and a lot of miscommunication going on. To make matters worse the guy tried to make an joke out of me. Nobody washes there hands either before touching food. The health inspectors need to pay this location a visit.

The food is not fresh & I told the manager the chicken I had recieved was not fresh when I brought it early this afternoon, the manager who was originally from the West Oakland KFC said the food is held for 2 hours & if I want fresher chicken to go to another KFC. I told him that was very rude & uncaused for as I was driving through to get out of line he told cashier to close the window. I will be calling the health department on them.

Mannn if i can leave a negative number i would, this place is the worst kfc ive been to we order the famous bowls and it looked like they hardly put any mash potatoe n chicken and gravy on all three of em, also i order 4 side of cole slaw n one of em where inside the bag, usually i look before i drive off but since they took so long i was already in a hurry, this place is overstaff n everyone is one the phone or playing inside
