Very thankful this place was open late. Staff was friendly and portions were substantial to enormous. We got the calzone (the small is huge! Too much for one person), philly cheese steak sub, and some kids meals. Food was inexpensive.

This would be the last time I order anything from this place. The cashier was repeatedly touching the food item after handling cash with out any gloves or sanitizing her hands, and had the nerve to catch an attitude when pointing out her error. No other worker said anything to her about touching the food so it makes you wonder how many times they touch your food when handling cash or anything with out gloves.

Great sub shot that’s been around for a long time and family owned. It’s been years since I’ve ordered from Jim’s and the subs! Small subs are the size of large everywhere else. Steak and cheese and and meatball was delicious and highly recommend!

New customer. Ordered a chicken salad sub. They delivered at my request. The chicken salad was the consistency of vomit. It literally poured out of the sub roll. Inedible! Second try was a steak, cheese sub. Had it delivered. Unwrapped it; the sub roll was sopping wet….GROSS…with GREASE. It went into the trash immediately.

Not a place where you want to go if you are looking for value and delicious food. Ordered this ham sandwich and received only one slice of ham cut in half. When my wife called to question the meat on the sandwich the person who answered played it off and said that’s how they make it and they’ve been doing it for 30 years that way. I will not be returning back if they think this qualifies as a ham sandwich. Only until she posted on social media they reached out. Before 100s of people saw this sad sandwich the owner didn’t care. Beware cause they are hungry for profits and not looking out for our stomachs!
