Well, it’s in the hospital so of course don’t expect gourmet meals, the hospital has other more important things to focus on. They were out of a few ingredients such as steak and guacamole. I ordered the chicken burrito and parts of the meat were cold. The person before me asked for medium spice and I asked for mild and noticed that the worker got the both of our spices from the same container. If I come back, I would probably recommend trying a different location.

The service and the food here are terrible. I bought a Steak Baja Bowl and I regret not choosing Subway. Spend $12 for a bowl which tasted plain. No flavor at all and the meat tasted disgusting and slimy. I would not recommend anyone to eat here. The ladies working there were pretty rude and seemed unhappy to be there. The lady that helped me when I asked her to bag my food because it was to go did it very angry. She knew she had dropped the fork and was not intending on giving me another fork (she didn’t pick up the one she dropped either) until I asked for it. Terrible service and food. Nothing fresh about this place.

The quality of food is subpar. I ordered a Baja bowl which is suppose to come with veggies. The man told me that it does not. Clearly that’s the description of the item. The meat is gray, the rice is hard. the only edible item are the chips. I would not come here again.

Agree with the review by Karen. The food quality is horrible. My wife and I bought Baja Chicken bowl and the meat is bland. No flavor and white in color. Menu says roasted vegetables, but it looks like boiled vegetables. We were charged $35 for this low quality food for 2 bowls. Baja need to be improve their flavor and be competitive with Chipolte, Moes, Kudoba etc.

Oh man, ok. Asked for a burrito. Dude started making a quesadilla. I was like, “No, no, a burrito.” As he’s stuffing cheese into a folded tortilla about to put it under a hot press, he’s like “Yeah, this is a burrito.” I went to Subway. Desperate times.

Poor service. Servers were grumpy angry not ready to listen and advise on options. It was just a mess of a service. My card was thrown back at me without a receipt. I didn’t even know how much they charged.

This is the worst run restaurant I’ve ever seen, truly. They don’t know their own menu so they tell you you can’t have roasted veggies with your Baja bowl when that is listed under the included ingredients behind them under Baja bowl. They charge extra for LETTUCE. They charge extra for nearly everything so a 7.99 bowl can come out to $12 without even getting guacamole. I almost never go here despite it being my favorite option in the food court because I can’t afford to pay $12 for lunch every day and because it’s such a miserable service experience.

I have eaten here twice, but not again. The staff was very unfriendly and they barely put any food on your plate. I ordered a salad and I could see the bottom of the plate through the middle of the salad after it was made. The second time, they did not offer me items, such as grilled vegetables, that were included in the price of the dish. Both times the amount of cheese they added was comical. Stay away!
