1-star is me being generous. Poor Service! Always late with delivery. Today I ordered dinner, promise time was 7:51pm, order arrived 8:37pm over 40 minutes late; my food was not hot, and when I called to complain, the worker hung up on me.

Take the “promise time” off of your confirmation emails. I never expect anything by “estimated time” but in both cases we’ve had it delivered, it arrived at least an hour past the “promise time.”

Today I ordered a pizza from workA gentleman took my orderSuddenly I’m talking to a womanShe completes my order I tell her I want my husband to deliver the pizza she said ok 45 min ,I give her my debit card information. 45 min later I get a call the pizza delivery is out side I go out with the tip money, for one it wasn’t my husband…… I give the man the tip money n take the pizza when the man said ma’am thus is a pay cash or something to that matter I was do embarrassed I said ok I’ll be back I call the delivery man n said u no what I paid with my debit,u say I have to pay in cash….? Keep the tip n take the pizza back.

I ordered our pizza at 6:20 pm. I was told they will be here within 45 minutes to and hour. Two HOURS a later after paying $50+ dollars for wings and salad too and leaving a tip ahead of time on my card. Pizza arrived at 8:30. WTH Marco’s? It takes 6 minutes to bake a pizza. I know from experience. 2 hours? Then I took it out of the box it was ice cold. I paid over $50 for cold two hours old pizza. Won’t go there again. How sad!
